Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States, to all fifty states. We are not shipping internationally yet.
Processing time
Every order is packed by hand here in Seattle, usually within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are packed the next business day. You will get an email with tracking the moment yours is on its way.
Rates and delivery time
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and where it is headed, since glass honey is heavy. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days within the lower forty-eight states. We ship from Seattle, so the farther a package travels the longer it takes, and Alaska, Hawaii, and busy seasons can run longer. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
How we pack it
Honey travels in glass, so we pack it with care: snug, cushioned, and built to take a few bumps. If a jar does not survive the trip, that is on us, and we will make it right.
Tracking your order
Every order ships with tracking. Watch for the email we send, and if your tracking has not moved in a few days, reach out and we will look into it.
Lost or delayed packages
Once a package leaves our hands the carrier is in control, but we will not leave you stranded. If your tracking has not updated in a while or your package seems lost in transit, contact us and we will help track it down and find a fair solution.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will reship it once the corrected address and any reshipping cost are arranged.
