Hi, I'm Matt. This is the whole story of our honey, told in three jars.
The little 3 oz is the introduction, just enough to fall for it. The 8 oz earns a spot on the counter. And the 16 oz is for when someone's decided they're not running out again. Every jar is the same raw, unfiltered honey from our family's bees, exactly how they made it. Nothing added, nothing taken out.
We named the honey after my daughter Olivia, the sweetest thing in my life. This set is the easiest way to hand a little of that to someone you like. The name is hers. The honey is theirs.
A note that isn't a flaw: raw honey may turn cloudy and settle into a soft, spoonable set over time. A warm spoon, or a few minutes with the jar in warm water, brings it right back to gold.
