Hi, I'm Matt. I keep bees, and this is the honey they make.
It's raw and unfiltered, which means it goes from the comb into the jar and not much happens in between. Nothing added, nothing taken out. You might notice it looks a little cloudy, and over time it may settle into a soft, spoonable crystallized set. That isn't a flaw. That's what real honey does. A warm spoon, or a few minutes with the jar in warm water, brings it right back to gold.
We named it after my daughter Olivia, the sweetest thing in my life. The name is hers. The honey is yours.
Lovely on warm toast, stirred into tea, drizzled over yogurt or a sharp cheese, or straight off the spoon when no one's looking.
